Thirteen years in the I.T. industry have lead me from helpdesk support roles, through large corporate networks and globally spread email systems management to the last three great years developing Good Oaks Consulting.
Contrary to the basement-ridden 'Techy' stereotype, most of my work demands I unite many areas of technology yet equally important is my ability to successfully communicate with everyone, including frustrated users, fool-intolerant executives, foreign office managers and all forms of systems or service supplier.
Solving problems is what I thrive on, it's a privilege to be able to do this for my clients.
